Almost have Our Garden ready to go! Today (in the cold) I finished hooking up (rigged) our spinning sprinkler to the post on the deck. Now our garden will get rained on. Also hooked up a timer to the water. Ain’t nobody got time to water everyday by hand!

Years ago I cricuted the quote on my garden – still holding up pretty good!
Then I took our old laundry room sink which was here when we moved in, hooked it up to a 2 way valve (see above), then added a washing machine hose, a Y hose, a few brass connecters, a drain pipe, a faucet and some pond hose for the drain (which has a dual purpose as it will water some plants on the ground) and walla..We now have a sink to wash our veggies, hands, garden stuff etc…Best of all, no leaks!….still need to level a little but I’m happy to have a sink with running water outside! I watched Farmer Jay on YouTube, what an impressive older man.
And here’s the sink up close. I have to admit, it looks better outside then in our laundry room. The new laundry room sink is amazing though.
