At Sass -N- Class Boutique, LLC we want you to be 100% satisfied. We will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days from the day of purchase. Items must be unworn/un-used and must be accompanied by their original price tag if applicable and sales receipt. We do not accept any returns or offer any exchanges on personalized or custom orders. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange/return that doesn’t meet this policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please remember, exchanges are based on stock availability. If we do not have the color or size you would like to exchange, you will be issued store credit which will be good for up one year of date issued. If you do need to exchange an item/items for some reason, please contact us first to obtain a RAF (return authorization form) at which time, we will provide you with a return address.  Once authorized, please send your package via UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  It is recommended to add tracking when shipping to us.
